Ya...75 yr old grannies dont look that hot with mickey mouse tattooed on their neck. Exactly Belly tats like suns or tribal suns are also not a good idea. Ppl grow fatter when they get older, so will their tattoo then.

Ya, but at the same time, by the time you get older and fatter, you probably won't really care all that much about your appearance anymore.

Sooo basically I'm trying to lose weight for nothing now, because I'll get fat anyway when I'm old. This stinks.

Accepting people for who the are is a beautiful sentiment, but I think sometimes that message gets a little twisted. It shouldn't mean that living an unhealthy lifestyle is okay. I'm not saying that everyone should go on crash diets and try to look rail skinny, but I am saying that people can make some small, simple, sensible choices to live healthier lifestyles - and you'll be happier as a result. It's not as difficult as you might think. How's this for steering a thread off topic?

Lol this has been a public service announcement brought to you by the new hal johnson of the mango kid message board...tidy "the encyclopedia" man. It also depends on your body type, an endomorph will never look like a rake, but might be a whole lot healthier than some of the rakes walkin around. I think its all about balance. And tattoos.

This thread is all about tatoos. You may be dipping a little bit too far into the obscurity pool with that Hal Johnson reference, spunrock. Sadly, I know exactly who you mean.

I wanna get myself some angel wings on my upper back (know where I mean? forgot the word for that), maybe with MOTHER or a portrait of my mom in beetween
don't get me wrong, I'm not a person who has to run after her mother, but I just love her for everything she has done for me and my sister after my dad left us and she's the only person, at this very moment, I have so much love for that I would make a tattoo for ( altough she doesn't like me getting tattooed)

You know what I find with moms though...they don't want you to do it, but if it looks really good...they usually end up not having a problem. My mom used to be totally anti piercing/tattoo...but now she has one and wants more. And especially if its for her..like reminding you of her...I wonder why she wouldnt like it?

My mom has two. I agree with spun, just squeeze in a little "mother" in a heart somewhere.

"blacklight" tattoos are done with white ink I believe. I dont know any studios that like doing them. Trust me, u dont want one...the tattoo ends up turning yellow, looking like a scabby tattoo. My friend has 2. But if u really do, u can ask around i guess?
