Last movie I watched was Land of the Dead on DVD. I liked it, but I'm a sucker for zombie flicks. Lots of great scenes of zombies eating people (in a very unsexy way).

Lol ya i have a friend who is obsessed with zombies. So I don't even watch any zombie movies anymore...makes u a zombie the more u watch..."braaains, braaains" lol. Never watch "eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" it's like one big stab to your heart. Although visually pretty darned cool. Has anyone seen "memoirs of a geisha" i think thats one of the only ones i actually want to go to the movies for.

I watched "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind". It wasn't bad, it was.....ehhh.....different. And I like movies that are not standard, like some are sooooo predictable. I recently saw "About Schmidt" again, great movie!

If you're into cinematography or just like Francis Ford Coppola's stuff, you need to watch a film he did back in 1983 called Rumble Fish. It's amazing to watch, but also has a remarkable cast - Mickey Rourke, Dennis Hopper, Matt Dillon, Nicolas Cage, Chris Penn, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, & Tom Waits. I have a hard time naming one movie as my all time favorite, but this one comes as close as any. Others to check out:
Spinal Tap Monty Python & the Holy Grail Slap Shot Office Space Vision Quest

That IS an amazing cast It makes me wanna see that movie, because I can't remember ever seeing it. Although my memory is so bad, I can watch a movie again after a few years and it's like the first time. So having a bad memory can have its advantages ;D

I watched Chasing Amy a couple of days. I love Kevin Smith movies thanks to Ron, he got me addicted! Still think Clerks is the best.

Jarhead is a great movie. The movie itself is more of a Drama than about war. Actually there aren't any actual fire fights in the movie.

I gotta see it now. Chasing amy is one of my favs. I still want to see memoirs of a geisha. I just saw: saw2, I heart huckabees and rize. Rize was so overhyped...nothing special in my opinion. Saw 2 ending was lame. But the torture parts are worth the watch, you'll squirm in your seat. I want someone to make a scary movie that actually scares the hell out of me. I haven't seen one in soo long. Anyone know of any?

Another Brokeback Mountain send up. Spun, if you want to squirm at toture parts, you should see Hostel. They kidnap tourists from Amsterdam and use them in this sick torture club. The most vile scene is when they tie some kid to a chair and force him to listen to Laffy Taffy by DL4 over and over and over again. Despite the lame ending, I kinda liked Saw 2... Exorcism of Emily Rose is good. Not terrifying but def. creepy. The last movie I saw was Good Night and Good Luck. Not horror but a great movie.
