I think they should have been, cause it makes it so much more cool to have in your collection! Not that I`m complaining, the package and cd are supercool!

Mine arrived while I was down with the flu, so I have to wait for 2 days until I was feeling better to pick it up at the post office. I'm still not 100% but it's much nicer to recuperate with Danko Jones blasting on the stereo!

I was surprised when I saw the black CD that looked like vinyl replica. At first I thought the upper side is in fact a vinyl record. I've seen the last Hellacopters album which had the upper side of CD covered with vinyl on which was 1 bonus track. So you can put the CD on the turntable and play that one song as it was on the regular vinyl record. Great idea! Too bad it was not the case with the B-Sides CD. Anyway, it's still a great collection of songs.

I would like to introduce myself.... LONG time Danko fan. Huge! Just never got around to signing up to the forum here, even though I have been lurking through here on and off.

So I got my Ltd Ed today, and man it's awesome. Very satisfied with the set!
Two questions:

1. Someone mentionned about getting a beer coaster with it too. Did anyone get one, because I didn't. UNless the box is the beer coaster, but I definitely won't use it for that!

2. First Date (edit)... was it really worthwhile putting it on. The dialogue is just removed... am I missing something?

I do have a beer coaster in it, and its note the box neither the cd, it's an actuall beer coaster!

plus there's a badge, pick, button, booklet/poster, sticker and the most important, the record itself

I contacted Bad Taste and they indicated that something along the assembly line messed up, so some box sets did not get their coaster BUT they are taking care of the situation, and mailing them out to those that are affected

B-Sides (regular version) arrived today and I'm quite happy with it! Great package, also love Danko's liner notes!

Hope to hear some of those tracks @ the upcoming Euro-tour, especially I Love To Ball or I Sold My Soul...Please Danko? Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease? ;D

Typical,no release for this cd in the UK.It happened with Never Too Loud,I got my cd about a year later than the official release.I downloaded it off the web for free as soon as it came out.Im sure fans in the UK will do the same with B sides(lost revenue for Bad Taste Records)
I've got 80% of the trax anyway.We can purchase the whole cd on itunes here,so why not officially release it here?

What a fantastic disk!!!! There are some great tunes on this CD. I especially love:

# 5 My Problems (Are Your Problems Now)

It begs the question... why did some of these songs did not make the album release?

"My Problems" would have been a hit for sure! Would have been the best song on the disk.

I had no problem getting the B-Side CD in Canada .. and like some of the others I did not get the beer coaster (no biggie). The guitar pick is great and I can now live vicariously through my 12 year old son who is learning to play the electric guitar. He has the Danko Jones signed guitar that I won at the concert in Edmonton and the Danko Jones guitar pick. I make him play a bunch of the Danko's songs.. it great!!!

Apparently they were sent.... I am still waiting... anxiously. I think the coaster just might make my beer taste even better
