Hey thanks, I think I'll check them out... Peter Pan Speedrock is the only one I've heard of. Some Finnish bands for you to check out if you don't know them yet...: Sweatmaster rock'n'roll  The Flaming Sideburns Sunride hmm, riffrock Kotiteollisuus ... Isen't Apocalyptica ( www.apocalyptica.com/home/index.php) from Finland too? I think thay are pretty sweet. If you havent heard of them, its a Metallica cover band, but the only play on four cellos!  By the way, look out for Swedens coolest band Entombed at www.entombed.org! |

Yes, they are from Finland. I think they play mostly their own songs nowadays, but (in my opinion) those aren't as cool as the Metallica covers. The guys are excellent musicians though. |

I don't like Peter Pan Speedrock all that much, too much guitary-stuff, yeah, sue me but I actually require lyrics with either a message or a nice swing in 'em.
I luuuuuuve the Flaming Sideburns, though. Saw 'em at a festival in Holland, they were pretty good! Didn't know they were finnish, though.

Yeah and FINLAND. My danish friends are studying finnish, and theres one girl on their class who studies finnish JUST BECAUSE SHE THINKS FINLAND IS THE BEST ROCK'N'ROLL COUNTRY! ;D
Though I have to admit that Sweden is as good.
