The new BABIES album marks the first time that BACKYARD BABIES guitarist Dregen and Andersson have worked together since THE HELLACOPTERS' "Payin' the Dues" CD in 1997. O rly? What about the Super$hit 666 album then? Wasn't that released in 1999 and if I remember correctly both dregen and nicke are on that album. Then you have Kurt Sunes Med Helveteshundarna released a couple of years ago, both dregen and nicke on that 7" too..

I hope it will be better than "Stockholm Syndrome" because that album was pretty lame if you ask me..but not a chance that Backyard ever will make a records like "Total 13" again.
Anyway im gonna se them in Göteborg and hopefully it will be a kickass show!

Listening to the album right now, and it does not top Total 13. But it is better than Making Enemies and Sthlm Syndrome.

BB are posers. Musically they suck. Saw them last summer, and I don´t need to waste anymore time seeing them again.

I wouldn't say they suck. But they're not that good anymore. Total 13 is a kickass album. But the albums after that one are just dissapointments. Still a pretty good live act imo

You can listen to the title track from the album by going here www.theparanoidsquirrel.com/ and clicking on the jukebox link. It's sounds a bit like "Is It Still Alright To Smile" to me. Incidentally the song Yeah, Yeah, Yeah in the jukebox (by Wildhearts frontman Ginger) is well worth checking out. His recent solo album Valor del Corazón rocks!
