yeah, i saw Fritt Vilt yesterday actually! It scared the hell outta me, but i'm easily scared. It was really funny aswell, i especially liked when the one guy declared his love for his right hand... But my all time favourite movie must be The Boondock Saints.

Recently saw the documentary Metal: A Headbanger's Journey. Pretty good. The focus is on metal fans more than the music itself, and it's put together to give people who don't get metal some insight into the whole scene.
I liked the interview segments with Ronnie James Dio, who seems to enjoy taking playful verbal shots at Gene Simmons, and the dude from Gorgoroth, who has a great look, and tries very hard to be as scary as possible.
Check it out.

Hard Candy is defenatly on my have-to-have-or-have-to-be-seen-list for movies/dvds, thanks for the reminder Grinch
Metal: A Headbanger's Journey really excellent documentation! I really was fascinated about that death metal chapter and would really like to see more from this metal genre, does anyone know a documentation about this scene or documentations about insidents that have been influenced by metal or death metal?
Bruce Sinofsky/ Joe Berlinger Documentations - Paradise Lost I & II: BRILLIANT and RESTLESS - Some Kind Of Monster: GENIUS - Brothers Keeper: TOUCHING
I really have to recommend the Pararadise Lost Documentations about the so called West Memphis 3, who were found guilty killing 3 boys in a satanic ritual, but there are no real pieces of evidence to really prove they did it, all speculation and guessing. This documentation really made me think and getting all the books about this case, I mean this could happen to all of us, beeing imprisoned for just beeing different, like damien echols beeing sentenced to death row for the facts of always wearing black, loving metal music and believing in another religion.
I don't know what you guys think about this, but Paradise Lost I & II influenced me in my beeing and changed my point of views in several ways

i really want to see pans labyrinth. And hard candy. Liked the devils rejects. But I just watched jackass 2...because I thought the first one was pretty funny. This one - too much homoeroticism for me and poo fetishs. Though its jackass...what did I really hope to find? Paradise sounds interesting. I watched this (i dont know if i wrote this b4) series from the 70's i think it was called the "up" series...its this documentary (from the library) where they interview 14 kids from different backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles at the age of seven and continue a series of interviews with them every 7 years to see how their lives are progressing from ideas expressed in previous interviews....up until the age of 54 I think it is. Some of the stories drag a bit at different ages (best to watch age 7, 21 and the last one)...but you'd be surprised how social and economic status truly and completely affect a life. If anyone is interested in that sort of thing...check it out. Made me think.
