An old book, "Neil and Me" very informative if you happen to be a Neil Young fan, it was written by Neil's late father, Scott, a well know Canadian journalist in his own right. Tells the whole story from Neil's birth to stardom, including his almost fatal illness when he was a kid which later inspired the song "Helpless"
I'm reading Dreams of my Father by Barrack Obama and have his other book ready. Also have 2 Doctor Who books on my nightstand and a book by Max Westerman about his journalist days as a foreign correspondent in the US for a Dutch tv station.
All in all, I'll be a happy camper for the next few weeks...
I just received 'the selfish gene' by Richard Dawkins, 'the origin of species' by Charles Darwin' and 'guns germs and steel' by Jared Diamond. Let's just say I felt like broadening my interests into evolutionary biology and long term history.
