I realize i should have posted this item in the multi-media section, but it fits in quite nicely here too. While at work at the library the other day i noticed this book "Notorious Cop" had come in with the new arrivals. After scanning the jacket notes i deceided to 'check it out'... literally.
Its a fasinating read to say the least, written by a retired NYC detective, should be available at any public library which makes it free to read
. Don't worry about getting an overdue fine, you won't be able to put it down and should finish it off in record time, especially if your name is spun or tidy 
...Find out who most likely murdered Jam Master Jay and why, an insider look at the Tupac and Biggie feud, the Lil' Kim and Foxy Brown shootout, all about 50 (he really is a very bad dude), diddy, JayZ etc., etc., etc. here's a review from allhiphop.com:
