BRING A partytent! Two last year i was at camping 4 under the trees near the showers which is very nice! For example with rain and shadow! But guys would't it be an idea to be near eacht other with our tents drink lots of beer see some bands and rock all day? That's why I'm saying, go camp at camping 1. Or maybe we should exchange numbers in case I'm not able to spot you?

camping at 4d. check. I checked the site and it says tents and stuff are provided. Is there anything that I should bring? Tents are provided? I guess they mean that you can búy a tent there.. But that's pretty expensive.. You'ld better buy a cheap one in a shop before you go to the festival

God damn it was a nice show!
They played real fast again. Danko didn't wear his eyepatch, so the recovery is going well I think. He was also banging his head. Not as hard, heavy and fast as he used to, but he was banging it.
I can get used to the new show, without hitting his face and headbanging like a madman. It's still very powerfull.
Thanks a lot Danko for the great show!

Also nice seeing Bram again. More elaborate review soon. It was nice seeing you again too Loes. I haven't seen Remco. Loes thought she saw him the day before the Danko show, but I didn't see the flag during the show.

Yeah I wasn't too sure about, saw the guy from a distance walking into a tent. Oh well. But the gig... Let me first tell you I was there during Lostprophets as well, and boy, do they suck. It's not like they can't play. But how can you allow yourselves to be so boring and unoriginal? If you ask me, that very first single they released here in Holland, Shinobi vs. Dragon Ninja, it ROCKED, really. At least they also still looked normal then. But after that single, I guess they decided to become what I call a Make Up Band. Boring songs, wearing make up and pants that are way too tight. When I go to a gig, I don't go there to see the singer pull his pants up all the time. Just buy pants that fit or just don't bother with pulling them up at all. So thank god I could get my portion of real music soon after that. It was a surprise to see Danko without the patch. That hopefully means the recovery is going well! We started off with Alive and on Fire, and it basically was the setlist of the past European tour, just a bit shorter because they only had an hour. So no Woogie Boogie for me, but that was ok. They still played Sugar Chocolate, which is also one of my favourites. And they played FAST. As we're used to when time isn't too generous. And it got me thinking, because I've heard some people complain about how fast it sometimes goes, but think about it, Danko Jones is the only band I know who can pull it off. Seriously. They can pull it off and not get confused or screw things up. And they deserve the outmost respect just for that. In conclusion, they rocked my socks again, for the fifth time this year. It's funny how one band can bore me just during one gig, and I can see the other band 5 times in a few months and they wouldn't bore me if they played 24/7. That's Danko Jones and rock 'n roll for you guys.
