So the legends are true...
Heard a rumor that on radio 3FM, dutch national radio they were giving away tickets for an acoustic set by Danko Jones. I really thought they were joking, but you see the proof before you. Man o man, I really wish I could be there to see this.

Count me in boys, I'm a geek too and I almost got the same glasses like Danko, just not that "edgy (is that a word actually?)"! I'm so used to my glasses, I can't even think about not wearing them

in fact Danko deliberately sweated and flobbered over my hair when i was in front of the stage in a fruitless attempt to administer gloss and condition.....or maybe the static from my frizz was interfering with his mic! ;D

I don't like unplugged, but I could handle listening to one unplugged Danko song, just out of curiousity

I'm doing an internship @ 3FM so I'll ask Danko and 3FM if they can record it for me, so I can provide it to you as a download Is that OK with you Danko?

I don't like unplugged, but I could handle listening to one unplugged Danko song, just out of curiousity I think some songs actually work better as acoustic songs. One example I can think of right away is "Everlong" by the Foo Fighters. Danko Jones songs? I'm not sure. Edge 102 in Toronto plays an acoustic version of Bounce from time to time. The novelty of it makes it entertaining to hear, but it works so much better with Eeee-lectricity.

I would like to be there, not as much for the unplugged thing, but more because it's probably a small group and you get a chance to talk to the guys in peace and not with crazy drunk people after the show that make them go backstage real quick
