Was just having a look see, and it looks much better than before. But I wish the archive section would have been a little more extensive. Btw, nice pic of you and Gene

We are starting the archive section very slowly. Over the next week or so there will be slight adjustments made to the site. Thanks to Olle and Jonas at Bad Taste for updating. It's been a long time coming.
Danko

Thanks Danko! I'm pleased to find the shows actually play for me this time! I've enjoyed listening to some of them since thursday night..got the whole lot to work through since it's the first time I've been able to hear any of them. There were a few on the old site I would've really liked to have heard, especially the 'supergroups' one. If I remember rightly there was one about bands replacing their iconic vocalists too. It would be great if more of the old shows get added to the new site!

Oh, and it looks great btw, . The font style you've used for the logo is f'kin gorgeous . I'm drooling over it and wondering where you got it from and if it's available to download. I've got a bit of a fetish for custom fonts with interesting curves and angles . The retro wallpaper background looks really cool too!

Now i came across the website and hoped you guys could help. I would be very happy for any advice where or how to find the shows. Also i would like to know if danko stil records new shows because it seems rocket FM hasn't updated the site for quite a while. www.rocket.fm/news/index.php?ID=61Thanks for your help.

Hello Samson! I listen to the Magical World of Rock shows too. The old links they had up ( before the re-design) didn't work for me ( in my country) so I was glad when Danko's team re-designed the site and put some of those shows up as streaming podcasts. I'd like them to put up more shows too, but there might be licensing/ copyright issues stopping them from doing so. I think the radio stations that Danko broadcast those shows on might have some claim of ownership over the material. I've searched some of those radio stations archives to see if any of Danko's shows are there to stream, but i haven't found anything that isn't already on the Magical World of Rock site. I know that the people who put the site together are from BadTaste records, and also run the mailing list and official site. Try e-mailing them for more information. You could try- info@dankojones.com Danko gave up doing the shows several years ago because he got too busy with touring. He still writes for a few magazines in mainland Europe. I haven't read any of those though, cos they're not available over here. I hope this helps. I'm sorry I couldn't help you find more radio shows.

Hey brownen,
Thanks for your answer. Seems i didn't see it back when i check last time and just decided to check again.
I might try mailing the label since danko didn't react on the offical forum.
I already knew abaout the magazine thought i also have a hard time to find them, but every once in a while i stuble across one.
