Why oh why is it so hard to get tickets to see the great men in this country? Apparently they are playing in London on Dec 13 but nowhere is selling tickets, the venue doesn't even list them as playing....can anyone help me?! Are these dates confirmed even?
Just got hold of the new album yesterday....further proof that this is surely the greatest rock 'n roll band in the world.

Just got hold of the new album yesterday....further proof that this is surely the greatest rock 'n roll band in the world. Another Danko Jones fanatic...Welcome Uncle Phil from the UK. You are the first person from that music crazy part of the world to appear on here. I always wondered about Danko Jones' image in the UK where punk seems to rule, especially bands like Feeder etc. As for the tour, u can be rest assured that these gigs will occur, maybe some of the venues just don't quite realize what they have on their hands yet. We will be looking forward to hearing more from you, keep it coming. Obviously you have access to the tours dates and venues, but just in case: ............................................................................... 7-Dec UK London- Astoria supporting MONSTER MAGNET 8-Dec NL Barend & Van Dorp (appearance on dutch tv) 9-Dec UK Leeds - Cockpit To Be Confirmed 10-Dec UK Glasgow - Garage 11-Dec UK Manchester - Academy 3 12-Dec UK Birmingham - Academy 2 13-Dec UK London - Mean Fiddler

Thanks for that man....I'm not so sure that Danko does have an image in the UK, they are fairly unknown and criminally overlooked! I remember seeing them supporting Backyard Babies a few years back and they completely blew the audience away, everyone loved them, then most people don't hear anything about them again....but some of us recognise a good thing when we see it.

And more will recognize that good thing when they roll through in December.
Welcome aboard, Phil!
