All right I'll admit it, I'm a sucker for the bass guitar. As a youth way back in the 60's my 1st cousin was the bassist for a local band, he tried to teach me, but a combo of being left-handed and just plain being dumb left me in utter frustration and failure. needlesss to say I certainly do notice the awesome sound put froth by JC. Aw God is he great, sometimes I think that whenever they write those rawkin tunes they score it around JC. Not to be short changed a bit, WSB is another howling bass loaded winner. Listening to JC on here gives me goosebumps, especially that little ditty 'Love Travel'. Take a bow JC, yer awesome, doode. EDIT: As for my cousin's band, they were pretty good, selling out everywhere they played, until one day they deceided to head for Toronto...straight to Yorkville no less, Drugs, Chicks, and Booze everywhere....well they were back in less than a month... 'every band up there was better than us' , so much for the big time

The coolest part of Bounce is the first 30 seconds or so of the song. Why? Because JC's bassline is the shit! And Lovercall is pretty much all Mr. Calabrese. Also if you've ever heard Get Outta Town live, Danko tells JC to hit em with the bassline before he and Damon join in. It sounds killer and I wish they'd done it that way on the album. No question he's an integral part of the DJ sound.
