It rocked indeed, i enjoyed it allot. There was this woman from the security who wanted to stop the moshpitt! Well it didn't helped very much but still annoying! Doesn't she understand that it was a rock show? B*tch but well she needs to do here job as well! Me and my friend enjoyed it very much and everything was tight! I scored some authographs on a lp and my wallot! Can't wait for all the pics!

Thank you, Bram. And yes, you'll be seeing our pictures soon. I'll let Tidy do that, because as you can see, I'm not very good with that. But Tidy just arrived home and he's very busy, but I think the pictures will be on the board by the end of this week.

They are indeed. Here are ours from the night. Utrecht was maybe the nicest city I visited in the Netherlands. It was a grey day, but I still loved the sight seeing in Utrecht. Before the show, Loudmouth and me ate at a cool rock bar called Stairway To Heaven. Note the hellish flames at the entrance. Here's a look at the menus and placemats. Plant and Hendrix. And Loudmouth models the brand new Danko Jones shirt designed by Away from legendary Canadian metal band Voivod Here I am outside of The Tivoli, the venue they played in Utrecht. Quit Your Dayjob Today was the first night we got to see Brant Bjork & The Bros. Their music is cool stoner rock. I'm a fan, but I was wondering if the Danko Jones crowd would have the patience for a band like them. Thankfully, everybody seemed to really enjoy their set. Apparently, I wasn't supposed to use flash at this the Tivoli, which I did. Luckily nobody confiscated Loudies camera! The view from our spot on the balcony Unlike the Amsterdam show, I was able to see the crowd for this one. At times, the moshpit got pretty crazy. Mr. Dan Cornelius a.k.a. DanCo ;D As you saw in the other pictures, Danko sported the Dutch Danko Army flag as a headband. He wore it for a good 3 or 4 songs too! During Play The Blues the flag came loose and fell over his head. Danko finished the rest of the song (the guitar solo and the final vocals) blind, much to JC and DanCo's amusement. I wish I had a picture of that but I don't. After Lovercall, some jackass in the audience started mouthing off, trying to make himself the star of the show. Danko showed remarkable restraint, inviting the chump right to the front and chanelling his anger into a ferocious rendition of Sleep Is The Enemy. I remember the performance of that song in particular, because I've never seen Danko that intense, and I realize that's saying a lot. At the end of the set, I got another really cool acknowledgement from Danko. During the final seconds of the song Mountain, Danko pointed at me and mouthed the word "Tidyman". I wasn't expecting it, because I didn't think he could see us from our perch on the balcony. Danko, if you read this....thanks. After the show, we hung out in the merch/coat check area where I ran into a few other board members I missed in Amsterdam. Here I am with the crowd surfer himself, Bram. This was an honor for me. Brant Bjork came out to mingle with the fans, and posed for this cool pic. Ghost joined the Mango Kid Fan Forum not long after I did, in 2003. He hasn't posted in quite some time, but it was cool meeting him. I also got to chat briefly with Danko and JC, which was really cool. Unfortunately our conversation got cut short when Danko got chased away by a really annoying old drunken woman who wouldn't leave him alone, no matter how much attention he gave her. I felt bad for the guy. Ah, the trials and tribulations of rock stardom. The setlist was similar to Amsterdam, with a few modifications: I'm Alive And On Fire Sticky Situation Forget My Name Bounce First Date Way To My Heart Wait A Minute Don't Fall In Love Baby Hates Me Invisible Woogie Boogie The Cross The Finger Play The Blues Suicide Woman She's Drugs Lovercall Sleep Is The Enemy Love Is Unkind ------------------------ MountainAnother great show. Tomorrow night..Eindhoven!
