Last year's show at Mohawk Place was great so I'm definitely going back. Anyone else going?

The weekend before is the long weekend for Canadians. Memorial Day is the 29th...not sure if that's a holiday or not.

If I had a car and it was cheap, I'd go. I'd like to see them in nyc...cbgb. So I could see what all the hype is about. Maybe I'll steal a car and rob a bank.

I'll steal the car and be the wheelman for the job, spun. Since you're doing the heavy lifting, the split will 60 you, 40 me. But either way, I think I'll pass on the Buffalo show. Maybe I don't need to see EVERY area show...

I'm not trying to sway anyone but the Buffalo show was the best Danko show I have seen.

If the Sabres have to play game 5 in Carolina and I get sent down there, I'll be seriously pissed. I thought you Canadians were supposed to kick Buffalo's ass. WHAT HAPPENED? I haven't missed a gig at Mohawk Place yet and I couldn't care less about a Stanley Cup series. I thought about going to Toronto when Danko opened for Nickelback, but I just couldn't bring myself to wade through all the teenyboppers. When I heard about the Buffalo show, I felt vindicated. Now the Sabres might f@#k it up for me... If you're questioning the intensity of a Buffalo show, keep this in mind...it's as close to a hometown show as you can get without a roadtrip to Toronto. It's a small club, the beer is ice cold and as more Americans discover these guys, the odds of them being this accesible are gonna drop. See you at the show...I hope!

You should really go to every show you can. No one needs a life full of what ifs.

You should really go to every show you can. No one needs a life full of what ifs. Yep, this is the last chance to catch and support the band before they head off for the Euro festivals, a rather unique opportunity for southern Ontarians and Western New Yorkers...damn wish i was visiting my brother in Niagara Falls atm, I'll be there in Sept. ...Anyway, go support em gang, make lots of noise while your at it too ;D

Just back from this show...FUCKIN' AWSOME!! OK, I've got a few beers in me...but still... Great show, lots of stuff from the new disc! Opening band (Handsome Jack)was bunch of kids...girlfriends not even old enough to drink. Oh yeah, Mom and Dad showed up with camcorders to prove their kids are rock stars. That being said...they sounded pretty damn good. I've never seen a drummer stand to keep playing while the techs repaired and reattached a foot pedal. Danko & JC (as expected) kicked some major ass!! Nice fist analogy...I feel completely violated!! And nothing against Damon, but Dan was phenomenal on the drums. Laughing and smiling, obviously have a great time. The fans, despite a few catcalls, were more than willing to pass up on a lame ass hockey game for some serious rock & roll. Hope you saw the show...or one near you. Once this disc breaks big in the States, you'll be seeing Danko in arenas.

Danko was the second band on but the show was still rocking despite the cut down time. The banter was also quite funny tonight. Thrill Me also played and they are excellent live. www.myspace.com/thrillme1970I'll post some pictures when I get a chance.
