If that's the case, I might have Get'r done b/c it won't affect the night job. Dobbs what's the word on the set time? Is this part of the Grape and Wine Festival? The Grape and Wine festisval was one of the most epic parts of my Brock University career. It's not too often that an entire city gets hammered.
Just found this on 97.7 HtZ Fm Website
"HTZ-FM presents The Danko Jones Band with special guests Matinee Slim, Eric Von Eric and The Raving Psychos, The Screaming Black Cadillacs, Casey Baker, G-Spot Tornado and more. September 16th at the Mansion House. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Show begins at 2pm."

The show was definitely awesome but you can tell the eye thing is hampering Danko. There was no headbanging or anything which was strange to see but the music more than made up for it. The show was right beside a parking garage and people were watching from up there for free and Danko made a point of that. Someone then threw down 20 bucks which Danko pocketed. Needless to say he changed his tune after that. Some jackass in the parking garage through a bucket of water at Danko but it didn't phase him one bit. At the end of Mountain they threw in about a 5 second snippet of the intro to Run To The Hills which was cool. I got to talk to JC after who is perhaps the nicest guy ever. Very friendly. Got my new DJ hat signed which was cool as well.
You've got a sweet tooth and I'm your chocolate bar.

Great show! Got to agree with you Brown Bomber, the lack of head banging was odd, as he said Doctor's orders.... Hopefully he can start again soon! You could tell he wanted too!! The crowd banter back and forth was definitley stepped up! Danko was in top form! Awesome show as always!
And to the "Hoobastank" kid in the parking garage that dumped the water, real mature... idiot... Danko brushed it off perfectly..."Who Cares!"
Yes it is a parking lot tour. With lots of free parking.
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side We are strong and not afraid to die We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled WE'LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!
Maybe they had already played it prior to this, but the perfect song to end this exchange would have been "The Finger" rather than "Invisible" such as was the case...actually this is a handy song to have readilly available for hecklers and other assorted trash...cue the refrain: you get, you get, you get,THE FINGER ;D
