When I arrived at the venue,Bedouin Soundclash was already on stage(ticket said 19:30 and it was 19:15!?...),but I missed them 'cause I was waiting for a friend outside.JC got out of the bus to get in the venue and we said hi and shake hands.
We finally got in too and Disco Ensemble was on stage.Cool band in a Greenday/pop-punk style. The guitarist with a geek look screaming out backing vocals in his mike was fun to see.
Then we went to the merch table to see Milkei. It was cool to see you again,I hope you won't be too long to be back in Paris.
Gogol Bordello did a great show.It seems that many people in the audience came for them.I didn't like what I've heard before but it's a great live act.People jumped on the stage and dance at the end of their set!...security guys got crazy...
By the way,Gogol's singer is probably an asshole, but a guy wearing this can't be a complete asshole!...:
Then Danko took the stage and kicked our ass off as usual. The stage banter was cool but as the set was quite short he didn't talk that much.It was good to hear "Rock Shit Hot" and "Soul On Ice" live again. And the NEW song!... It rocks...I'm looking forward to hear the new album.
I didn't take pics during the show 'cause I was banging my head off in the front row! What did you expect?!... ;D
Then we got back to the merch table to meet Danko,JC and Dan.We just chat a few minutes before we got thrown out by the fucking security...We just had the time to say goodbye to the band and Milkei.Sucks...
It was the same security guys than the last time,I'm sure Beast and Loes remember them!...
